Morning Skin Invigoration With Natural Ingredients

Sometimes when you wake up in the morning you just don’t feel very fresh. A shower helps, but it doesn’t do that much to help your skin look and feel it’s best. Instead, you can use some great natural recipes to get it looking fresh, clean, and just making you feel on top of your game.

If you suffer from oily skin you can really benefit from cold substances being applied to the skin. One great recipe is to take four drops of rose oil and putting it into a spray bottle filled with filtered water (bottled water is fine). Keep it in the fridge, and spray yourself down with a light spritz every morning.

For a great facial scrub, one cup coffee, 1/4 of a cup of sea salt, and 3 tablespoons of jojoba oil should be mixed into a container with a lid. This should be kept in the fridge and used once a day in the morning. It will strip off dead skin, while offering a wonderful wake up call for the mind and body. The antioxidant properties in the coffee will also improve the glow of your skin, and remove any dull patches, which are common for many people.
